Royal & Derngate, Northampton As Northamptonshire’s largest theatre the Royal and Derngate stage in excess of 600 performances a year, enjoyed by over 350,000 people. The Royal produces some of the country’s most innovative and exciting work while at Derngate, as well as providing a residential base for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra they present an eclectic programme which includes top musicals, award-winning comedians and innovative dance.
